Today is an important day every. We have the first black president running for president of the United States. In the last three week in my history class we have been talking about the election of 2008 and 2009 while talking about the election we have to look at what McCain and Obama want for the United States. The nation issues is very important to everyone.
Obama agree on some of the issues and disagree on the other issues. The same with McCain. I think that are next president will be Obama because what he want we want to . Even thought people think that Obama will not make it in the white house I think that he will be are president for the next eight years if he win tonight.
Yes McCain might have a good chance to win tonight but I think that he is another Bush because of what he said about a issue that he disagree on and it is about the immigrants. McCain think that immigrants should live in the United states and he will give them a job and also a visa which is like a link card. On Obama said of the story he think that the immmigrants should work just like use to receive a medical card, link card, and etc.
Obama have so many things he want to make right for the United States that I really think every one will be alright. Having a black president will be so important to me that I do not know what I will do .
Today I had went to vote I think that the voting wasn't really hard because all I had to do is read the names right and make a decision. I can not believe that my vote will count I can not wait until tonight when I find out who the next president of the United States is .

OBAMA ALL THEY WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today is a really big and important day for most people im not going to say all people,I really hope and pray that Obama win because I know he has alot of things instored for us and he wont let us down.On the other hand im kinda scared about if he does win, there are alot of whatif's in the back of my mind, but my gramma always tell me to never say whatif.
Well if Obama wins today I think alot of African Americans...well I really don't want to say this because I don't want to be judge but I will say it anyway because this is me speaking out about how I feel, but I think alot of African Americans will proud to say for along time that they are proud to be an African American. Also I think Obama will set everything fair because it seems like every since George Bush been in charge it seems like he favored a certain type of ethic background , so now I think Obama will make everything fair. So for everyone who is ready this if you are old enuff to vote please go and vote and make a change, and if you are not old enuff to vote please hope and pray that our next president be soneone who is fair and fit for the job im not telling you who to favor all I want you to do is get the right message.

I dont think today is that important. Instead of people thinking about the changes Barack Obama can make all they see is his skin color. This proves that black people are still stuck in slavery. The only thing that has changed is the generation.I am very disappointed at the fact that we as african-americans are trapping ourselves in the past.Unless we try to make a difference now there will never be a outcome. This is the only way I see anything our "president" says is believable.I think his first assignment should be proving that it is not his ethnicity that has gotten him this far.I am not saying that Obama was not a good candidate, I just think some people voted for all the wrong reasons.I still have respect for Obama no matter what but when it comes to stuff like this I believe the best candidate should win no matter your color, race,or gender.
